How to Apply

Please take your time to carefully go through these instructions explained below

  • Fill in the Application Form – Click to Download 
  • On the Application form, please make sure you Sign on Customer (Bottom Right)
  • Leave the part starting from Room Number, blank.
  • The moving in Date is February.
  • On rate you state which method of funding you use between CASH/NSFAS/BURSARY.
  • Pay your Refundable Booking & Breakage fee of R1 000.  Gateway Group Banking Details - Click to Download
  • This covers you should you lose funding or intentionally break Gateway property. 
  • The balance is refundable at the end of your contract.

NB: We only allocate the room once you have paid the refundable R1000 booking fee. This is to guard against people holding space and not showing up for it. At the end of the contract, you get it back.

If you do not have the Booking fee now you will still be booked but only allocated a room number once you come to move in with all your luggage in January.

Please kindly note that Refunds for Booking Fees are only done at the end of Your contract after you move in or when you move out after giving a 30 day notice. Should you cancel your Booking before you move in, the Booking Fee will not be refunded.
