If you’re funded by NSFAS, a Bursary, or a Trust, we’ve got great news for you: you wil not be expected to pay any rent upon moving in. Just your booking fee and you move in same day.
Here’s How It Works:
Written Proof is All You Need.
As long as you can provide written, verifiable proof that you’re funded (e.g., an award letter or confirmation from your bursary/NSFAS), we’ll book your spot and let you move in immediately after you secure your booking.
What You will need to bring:
ID, Proof of Registration, Proof of Funding.
Proof of funding can be :
Bursary Approval Letter
Student Number on NSFAS List
NSFAS Portal Funding Status
And your Booking Fee of R1 000 if you have not paid yet.
Invoice After Move-In
We’ll only issue your invoice once we’ve completed our recruitment and move-in process for all students. This means you won’t have to worry about paying out of pocket while waiting for your bursary or NSFAS funds to be disbursed.
